Build and install the harnesses and cable assemblies that carry power and data through the robot.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, dress and install wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
- Terminate, crimp and solder to standard; test continuity and insulation.
- Support routing design with manufacturing and electronics engineering.
- Maintain traceability records for every assembly.
Requirements:
Wire harness or cable assembly experience; crimping, soldering and terminations to IPC or equivalent standard; electrical test; aerospace, motorsport or robotics background welcome.
