Run the assembly line day to day: people, schedule, output and the standard of work that leaves the building.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the assembly team, shifts and production schedule.
- Own daily output, WIP and on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement with manufacturing engineering and quality.
- Own line-side safety and housekeeping standards.
Requirements: Production management in a complex assembly environment; people leadership; lean manufacturing; comfortable ramping a new line rather than running a settled one.
Salary: Salary on application
The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
