Design the line that builds the robot: process, tooling, stations, takt and the route from prototype to 1,000 units a year.
Key responsibilities:
- Own process design, station layout, tooling and takt for humanoid assembly.
- Lead the industrialisation of designs coming out of engineering.
- Own capital equipment selection and installation.
- Drive yield, cycle time and cost per unit.
Requirements:
Manufacturing engineering leadership; NPI through to volume; lean and process design; complex electromechanical assembly; automotive, aerospace or robotics background.
