Take the robot to the customer: commissioning, training, support and bringing what breaks in the field back into engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Commission and hand over robots on customer sites.
- Train operators and write the material they are trained from.
- Diagnose and repair in the field; manage spares.
- Feed field reliability data back into design and production.
Requirements:
Field service on complex equipment; strong fault diagnosis; customer-facing and calm under pressure; willing to travel; robotics or automation background.

The Manchester factory comes online Q1 2027. Roles are recruited ahead of that date, with start dates agreed individually.
