Provide front-line 24/7 operation: monitoring, first response, and rack and hands support.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor BMS/DCIM and alarms.
- Carry out first-line fault response and escalation.
- Provide smart-hands support for rack and stack.
- Support goods-in and equipment moves.
- Maintain shift logs.
Requirements:
IT, electrical or mechanical aptitude; willingness to work shifts; data‑centre experience desirable but not essential (training given).
Salary: £33,000 to £38,000 per annum
