Hold overall accountability for the safe, compliant and continuous operation of the MSAI Scotland campus (DC1-A, DC1-B, DC3). Key responsibilities: Own uptime, availability and SLA performance across all halls. Lead the operations team and set shift and maintenance schedules. Manage contractors, budgets and supplier relationships. Own health, safety and regulatory compliance. Report to the VP Infrastructure on performance and risk. Requirements: 10+ years in critical-environment or data-centre operations; proven leadership; HV awareness; strong compliance and budget track record.
