Sales Manager (Events & Media)
Based in Central London.
Basic salary £35K-£40K plus £15k-£20K uncapped commission.
Job Summary
As a Sales Manager, you will focus on building relationships with new customers and increasing spend of existing ones. You will sell a portfolio of solutions including exhibitions, sponsorship and media solutions to prospective clients. Day‑to‑day you must be an excellent networker and build sales pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sell exhibition, sponsorship, and media solutions.
- Develop sales pipelines and track progress.
- Canvass and analyze competitor events.
- Provide strategic options to senior management.
Qualifications
- Previously sold exhibition/sponsorship solutions.
- Experience canvassing and analyzing competitor events.
- Excellent communication, both telephone and face‑to‑face.
- Strategic thinking to identify new revenue streams.
- Team‑oriented, collaborative approach.
- High attention to detail and organized.
- Self‑starter with a positive attitude.
