Media Stack is a performance marketing agency run by CMOs and entrepreneurs.

We help ecommerce brands beat the competition through expertise across Creative, Paid Ads, CRO, and Email.

We\'re in a strong growth phase, scaling toward £1m ARR in our second year, and building out a senior team to match.

Role Description

We\'re hiring a Creative Strategist to own creative direction end to end, across paid and organic, for our portfolio of health and wellness ecommerce clients.

You\'ll be the person who decides what we make, why, and what it needs to say to convert.

You\'ll turn performance data and audience insight into briefs, hooks, and testing frameworks that our creative and paid teams execute against, and you\'ll shape organic content strategy alongside it.

You\'ll work directly with our Paid Ads and Creative pillars, translating what\'s working (and what isn\'t) in the ad accounts into the next round of concepts.

  • What We\'ll Do
  • Owning creative strategy across client accounts: hooks, angles, formats, and testing frameworks
  • Writing creative briefs that give our creative team a clear, sharp direction to execute against
  • Reviewing ad and content performance data to diagnose what\'s working and why
  • Running an ICE-scored testing roadmap for new creative concepts
  • Shaping organic content strategy alongside paid, so both pull in the same direction
  • Presenting creative strategy and performance insight directly to clients in QBRs
  • Staying ahead of platform and format shifts across Meta, Tik Tok, and emerging channels
  • Using AI tools to speed up ideation, scripting, and creative iteration
  • What We\'re Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or a closely related discipline
  • A track record of briefs and concepts that measurably moved performance, not just looked good
  • Fluency in reading ad account data (CTR, hook rate, CPA, ROAS) and turning it into creative direction
  • Experience across both paid and organic content strategy
  • Confidence presenting strategy and results directly to clients
  • Case studies from consumer product ecommerce brands, ideally health and wellness
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, with high ownership over your output
  • Details
  • Full-time, permanent
  • Reports into the founder / Paid Ads leadership

If you\'ve been the strategist behind creative that actually moved the needle for DTC or ecommerce brands, we want to hear from you.
