We are a small team. We move fast. We expect people to own their outputs completely, push back when something is wrong, and deliver work that performs - not just work that looks good. If that sounds like where you already operate, keep reading.

About Media Stack: We are a performance marketing agency for ambitious ecommerce brands. Our offer spans creative, paid media, CRO, and email, and we hire experienced CMOs, brand builders, and creatives.

The Role: We are looking for a Senior Multi-Media Performance Marketing Creative to join the team full-time. This is a hands-on, high-output creative role with an analytical marketing brain. You will produce work across three formats: video (short-form, UGC-style, paid social), motion graphics, and static design. You will not be siloed into one format or one client. You will own creative output across multiple ecommerce accounts and contribute to our own agency content.

The expectation is not just execution. We want someone who can interrogate a brief, identify what is missing, and form a point of view on what to test and why, creatively.

What You Will Own:

  • Producing paid social creative across Meta and TikTok: video, motion, and static formats
  • Driving creative thinking on client accounts: hooks, concepts, testing frameworks, and iteration logic
  • Using AI production tools as a core part of your workflow, not a bolt-on (ElevenLabs, Seedance, Kling, CapCut, Runway)
  • Working within our two-sprint-per-week production rhythm and one-iteration discipline
  • Translating performance data into creative decisions without being prompted
  • Filling gaps in briefs independently, not waiting for every detail to be mapped out
  • Contributing to Media Stack's own paid and organic social presence

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance creative, paid social, or creative production
  • A strong portfolio spanning all three formats: video, motion, and static, with paid social work across Meta and TikTok
  • Proven experience in fashion, beauty, or wellness: you must understand how creative performs in these categories specifically
  • AI proficiency as a genuine daily practice, primarily on the video side with a performance marketing lens (UGC, product-led content, avatar-style output). If AI is not already embedded in your process, this is not the right fit.
  • A clear understanding of creative testing: you know how to structure meaningful variations and you know what a good hypothesis looks like
  • The ability to work from a loose brief and produce something sharp, rather than waiting for every blank to be filled in

Character: We have six values at Media Stack. The right person for this role will already live most of them without being told:

  • Radical Ownership: you notice problems before being asked, follow through without being chased, and never wait for someone else to sort something out
  • Bias for Speed: you treat fast turnarounds as normal, not stressful. You understand that speed and quality are not opposites.
  • Radical Honesty: you will challenge a brief, a strategy, or a direction if you think it is wrong — and you back it with evidence or reasoning, not just instinct
  • Always Be Learning: you are genuinely curious about what works in paid creative and you share what you discover with the team
  • Results Over Effort: you care about what the work achieves, not how long it took to produce

Practical Details:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Fully remote (UK-based)
  • Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Direct access to the leadership team
  • Small team: your work and your voice genuinely matter here

A Note on the Bar We Set: Every person we hire is someone we would be genuinely disappointed to lose. We are looking for someone who raises the bar, not maintains it. We are not looking for volume applicants. We are looking for the person who reads this and thinks: that is exactly where I want to be. If that is you, we would love to hear from you.
