The Role
This role is for a Consultant, based in London. This role will report into the Senior Consultant. The Consultant on the Creative team will help clients navigate rapidly evolving marketing, creative and organisational landscapes by delivering insight driven, transformation-focused consulting. You will apply creative industry experience to solve complex challenges, shape future ready operating models and unlock new ways for brands to grow. You’ll work on high-impact transformation projects with some of the world’s most ambitious brands, helping them reimagine how they work, what capabilities they need and how they stay ahead of constant change.
The role itself will involve a range of activities including:
- Client Delivery and Project Ownership
- Support end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation, organisational design, capability and ecosystem projects across global and regional clients
- Own project management fundamentals: managing timelines, tracking actions, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring on-time, high-quality outputs
- Conduct discovery and diagnostic workstreams, including support stakeholder interviews, landscape reviews, capability assessments and best practice benchmarking
- Translate complex client challenges into structured insights, hypotheses, and recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Develop clear, compelling deliverables that enable clients to make confident decisions about future models, roles, processes and partnerships
- Analyse client ecosystems, creative processes, operational structures, technology stacks and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the development of business cases, roadmaps and transformation plans grounded in evidence and industry knowledge
- Keep abreast of emerging trends in creativity, production, AI, organisational design and marketing operations to feed this knowledge into project recommendations.
- Work closely with Senior Consultants, Client and Services teams, alongside subject matter specialists to deliver multidisciplinary work
- Represent the client voice internally and help shape the direction of each workstream
- Contribute to thought leadership, case studies and internal frameworks to help evolve our consulting offer
- Identify additional client needs or opportunities during project delivery and flag them to the senior team
The Candidate
This is a role for someone who wants to shape the future of how marketing and creative teams operate. If you’re passionate about improving creative effectiveness, designing better ways of working and guiding clients through new and emerging landscapes, this role gives you a front row seat and real influence.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 3-7 years proven experience within the creative, marketing, or content production industry, with a strong understanding of how ideas, people and workflows come together to deliver great work
- Powerpoint and Excel capability is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: able to structure challenges, interpret qualitative and quantitative insights and build clear recommendations
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to simplify complexity, craft compelling narratives and present confidently to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, stay organised and deliver high-quality outputs at pace
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to work autonomously, ask smart questions and contribute new thinking
- High level of attention to detail: proofing own and others work to ensure everything clients receive are accurate
- Naturally curious, with a desire to understand how things work and how they could work better
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, solutions-oriented and comfortable working in ambiguity
- Energised by change and motivated by shaping better outcomes for clients

- Experience working on global accounts or in distributed teams
- Familiarity with organisational design, capability building or operational transformation
