My client is an expanding, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial business delivering events across multiple industries. As the portfolios grow and establish themselves, they require strong leadership to shape and develop them fully. This is a unique opportunity for a director-level Conference Producer interested in launching, shaping, and strategizing a new sector (sector open at present).
The Role: The client requires an intelligent, experienced, ambitious, and proactive leader who is looking for an opportunity to take ownership of a product and portfolio to deliver both revenue growth and a market-leading position. Ideally, candidates should come from a Content/Conference Production background, possess strong scaling experience, and validation, and be willing to manage mid-tier managers and a number of Conference Producers.
