A Customer Success Executive is required to join the team at a leading event company on a full-time, remote/work from home basis. The company is a business events organisation specialising in commodities and energy trading, focusing on how global trends such as sustainability, digitalisation, and democratisation are shaping the markets. They gather around 35,000 professionals from across the globe each year for their in-person and online events.
This is a newly created role with responsibilities previously shared across various departments, providing a real opportunity for the right candidate to shape this new function, practically apply their expertise, and have a clear and visible impact across the entire business.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensuring the success of sponsors globally, with contracts, requirements, and success factors varying from standardised and simple to very high-value and complex.
- Upon the point of becoming a client, ensure that contractual agreements and goals are translated into an up to 1-year action plan and deliver on that at the highest level.
- Collaboration with several teams across the company, including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Sales.
- Mapping out fulfilment plans with the client.
- Developing bespoke client events such as private dinners and workshops.
- Working with sales to identify upsell opportunities.
- Liaising in the development of marketing campaigns to support client messaging.
- Attending global events to support clients on the ground.
- At least 6 months of client/customer success experience, ideally in an event sponsorship environment.
- Degree level (or equivalent qualifications) and above preferred.
- Knowledge of energy and/or commodities markets is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Hubspot or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
