Up to £55,000 Basic + Uncapped OTE 100,000 (On top of Base)

My client is a highly professional, world leading business that specialises in the production of B2B Conferences across the globe with offices in the UK & USA, speciality sectors. Connecting global communities with focused networking conferences, providing customers with solutions through industry knowledge and collaboration.

Job Purpose

• The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for selling high value sponsorship and exhibition packages on the assigned events.
• This position will require the successful candidate to identify and capitalise on new opportunities to generate sales revenue consistently and deliver against monthly and events targets.
• The focus is therefore to effectively communicate the value proposition of each event, to follow the client sales process, and to develop relationship with established players and start-ups on the given market segment.
• This is a fast-paced role that will be ideal for a commercial individual, who thrives in a results focused environment.
• Reporting to Sales Director and working alongside like-minded professionals, you will be part of a high energy team, looking to continually improve results through a mix of high activity and initiative.
• From time to time your manager may ask you to adjust your working patterns to cover the US market.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience and qualifications required

• Minimum 5 years selling conferences sponsorship and exhibition packages
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding targets
• Fast learner with the ability to understand different market dynamics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and
• Eligible to work in the UK
