My client is globally renowned for producing some of the highest level & cutting-edge large-scale events across the Finance & Investment space. Due to growth, a role has opened up for an experienced producer to work on a series of market leading events with the opportunity for international travel in the US and EMEA. This includes researching, writing the agenda and recruiting speakers, leading a passionate event team to deliver on the event strategy – marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship, event management, and executing the event onsite.
Key Responsibilities:- Conducting in-depth telephone/video/face-to-face research interviews to identify industry trends to support the development of a commercial agenda and event strategy.
- Writing compelling agenda and marketing collateral sales copy.
- Building your own senior advisory board network on each event to vet and improve your agenda.
- Recruiting senior influential industry leaders at top companies as speakers to attract high quality delegates and key sponsors.
They seek an experienced B2B conference/content producer to lead a portfolio of rapidly growing investment conferences in EMEA and North America. You will be working on multiple in-person events around the world. The role reports to the MD based in London, with a flexible office/work arrangement and a requirement for some international travel.
Experience:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced (5-7 years +) B2B conference/content producer looking for greater ownership of a knowledge-led series of events. The role will also require hosting interviews and webinars and working on new launches and formats that feed into.
About You:Ideally you will be versatile enough to manage multiple event programmes, creating insightful agendas backed up by industry research. An interest in the dynamics of the Finance & Investment industry would be advantageous.
