My client is looking for a commercially focused, research led producer with an interest in the Beauty & Personal Care to take on an exciting, growth portfolio, playing a central role in shaping and delivering the event. This is a high energy, executive-level conference bringing together CEOs, operators, investors, and brands driving the future of the beauty and personal care world. As Producer, you will take ownership of researching the market, identifying key trends, securing senior-level speakers, and building compelling, commercially relevant agendas that attract decision makers and sponsors.

Your Skills and Attributes

• Conduct desk research, telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings with leading market practitioners. Be able to articulate and demonstrate how the portfolio serves the industry.
• Write commercially viable conference programmes, determining the focus of the event and each talk whilst leading the overall direction of the portfolio (both in content and commercial sense).
• Source and secure leading speakers from the industry, utilising well-developed and productive networks across the portfolio so that you are recognisable in the industry that you serve.
• Project manage the portfolio with other departments, including working with marketing to ensure that the correct market segments are reached, and agreeing on sales plan with sponsorship.
