My client is a world leading business within invitation only C-Suite events. Operating across a range of sectors, with a large-scale portfolio to the US & Europe, a unique role has arisen for a senior producer looking to take responsibility for a proven & successful portfolio.
As the Divisional Production Director of the clients most established brand you will be responsible for leading a small talented team of producers to develop and deliver high quality events. You will be in charge of driving the growth strategy, ensuring the efficient and successful execution of production plans, constantly raising quality standards, and optimising resources to achieve production targets. Your exceptional leadership skills and industry knowledge will be instrumental in driving the success of our team.
The role will put you at the forefront of the industry and offers the opportunity to build a presence within the community through the further development of their portfolio advisory board. You will be responsible for liaising with cross functional stakeholders across the company, to ensure that your event portfolio reaches its full commercial potential.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Product Direction – identifying trends & innovations.
- Developing a high performing conference production team through the provision of clear direction and guidance to support your team throughout the production process.
- Collaborating with various project teams to ensure both the commercial success & smooth execution of each event.
- P&L responsibility to drive the portfolio's financial performance.
Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:
- 5+ years Conference Production experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire and grow a team.
- Proven track record in planning & executing multiple simultaneous projects.
- An ability to directly influence research and speaker acquisition campaigns for your producers.
- An effective communicator, both verbally and on a written basis.
- Self-motivated with great time management skills.
- Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics.
