My client is a next-generation intelligence and convening platform, bringing together senior decision-makers, innovators, and investors across the healthcare landscape and other high-growth industries, they deliver highly curated, insight-driven events that inform strategic decisions, connect the right people, and elevate emerging opportunities. They are expanding rapidly, and are looking for a sharp, experienced Event Producer to lead the planning and execution of these critical convenings.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of our flagship healthcare summits, roundtables, and leadership forums. Working closely with our research, partnerships, and production teams, you’ll bring healthcare events to life ensuring seamless delivery, strategic alignment, and an exceptional experience for speakers, delegates, and sponsors alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of in-person and virtual healthcare events, ensuring each one meets standards for quality, curation, and execution.
- Oversee on-site delivery: venue setup, run-of-show, technical rehearsals, delegate experience, and breakdown.
- Strong speaker acquisition skills
- Desk Research
- Partner with the commercial team to ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled and stakeholders are supported.
- Maintain clear project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle of each event.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in event production, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or a similarly regulated B2B environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-value events simultaneously with a calm, detail-oriented, and solutions-first approach.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with C-suite and senior stakeholders in a professional setting.
- Confident in managing AV, technical delivery, and vendor relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
