£36,000 + Profit Share + Benefits + International Travel

About the role:
Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events across Pharma & Finance portfolios.
Key responsibilities:
Produce 4 + events per year
Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:
Essential:
~1 year experience of commercial conference production
~ Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous events and hit deadlines
~ Self-motivated with great time management skills
~ Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills
~ Strong copy writing – able to deliver gripping content that captures the attention of our audiences
~ Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
~ Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
