About the role:

Exciting opportunity to join a thriving events business that delivers invitation-only conference and networking events across several business sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce several events per year
• Conduct telephone and web-based market research to develop educational content, identify conference topics
• Create cutting edge agenda and recruit C-level speakers
• Guide sales, marketing and operations teams to create successful events
• Project Manage events from concept to delivery – set the vision and see it come to fruition
• Delivering conferences on site. Travelling domestically and internationally.

• Salary: Up to £28K + Competitive Profit Share on any events you produce

Experience, Skills & Attributes we are looking for:

Essential:

• Recent Graduate with some commercial skills in Sales/Research/Production
• Proven ability to work on multiple simultaneous events and hit deadlines
• Self-motivated with great time management skills
• Confident with strong communication, project management and leadership skills
• Intellectually curious with a willingness to learn about new topics
• Creative; always looking to innovate content and take events to the next level
