Role Summary and Impact: We’re looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic team. You’ll lead strategy development for top-tier clients. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and specialist teams to craft innovative data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable business results. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development of data-driven strategies alongside senior leadership.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients ensuring campaigns align with overarching strategy, deliver objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee the financial management of client accounts ensuring campaigns stay on budget and on objective.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team helping junior members develop their digital expertise.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations using insights to continuously improve campaigns.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in strategy planning & management with a good understanding of all above the line and digital media channels.
  • Client-Facing Skills: Strong relationship-building abilities with clients providing strategic digital advice and delivering exceptional service.
  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring teams helping them grow and succeed.
  • Curiosity: A passion for staying on top of digital marketing trends and innovations with a desire to experiment and push boundaries.
