About The Role
They are now looking to grow their UK team, with a further Publisher Development Manager/Director. This role is a true hunter role, and will suit someone who is looking for an individual contributor role to drive revenue, with the autonomy to work your way to deliver results. The role is Manager or Director, depending on level of experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Revenue ownership, to deliver UK publisher revenue targets
- Publisher development from outreach through to close
- Build and convert a strong pipeline of high-value UK publishers
- Managing lead generation strategy, publisher segmentation, with focus on scalable partnerships
- Work alongside Account Management Team, to identify upsell opportunities and existing publisher expansion
- Lead quarterly business reviews, deliver performance and strategic insights and reporting
- Collaborate with the wider organisation on integration troubleshooting and optimisation
About You
You will have at least 4 years experience in Publisher Development roles, be revenue-focused, a hunter and go-getter, who is commercially driven. You will have:
- An established network of UK top-tier publishers, especially in the news and entertainment verticals
- Solid experience working with adtech such as ad networks, DSPs, SSPs, etc
- A deep understanding of display, native, mobile-web and CTV advertising
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Strategic thinking and commercial awareness
What's On Offer
The role offers remote and flexible working in the UK, with travel to industry events and publisher sites as required. The salary is up to Β£65k pa, + uncapped commission. Must be easily commutable to central London.
