Overview
This is an on-site, part-time role that moves to a full-time Social Media and Marketing Manager position in Bradford. The Social Media and Marketing Manager will develop and implement social media strategies, create and manage content across platforms, optimise social media campaigns, and engage with the online community. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media accounts, monitoring trends, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively manage and grow online platforms.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with audiences and respond effectively across various platforms.
- Experience in developing Content Strategies to create compelling and relevant content for different channels.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing practices to integrate social media efforts with the broader marketing plan.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement improvements for better engagement and reach.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Speaking proficiency in the Urdu Language will be an advantage, given the nature of clients based abroad.
