The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 Β£ per year.

We are looking for an E-Commerce leader to help build our growing E-Commerce practice and deepen our partnerships with Amazon. If you’re passionate about building out our E-Commerce practice in the EMEA region, driving advanced client engagement, identifying new opportunities with clients, and supporting sales and revenue growth then this is an amazing opportunity. This person needs to be a strategic thinker who demonstrates a high degree of ownership, leadership, and a strong work ethic, with a proven track record of success. This role will work closely with the senior EMEA team to help design, grow, and manage our expanding E-Commerce offering.

The primary responsibilities include:

  • Attracting and retaining existing clients.
  • Servicing as a strategic SME on Amazon and other E-Commerce platforms.
  • Ensuring the service delivery team is managing client engagements with a high degree of excellence.
  • Managing and driving current client engagements for our Amazon and E-Commerce clients in EMEA.
  • Helping drive the development and growth of the future E-Commerce business at Monks.
  • Supporting with the optimisation of our existing systems and processes to ensure we are maximising every opportunity to monetise our Amazon and E-Commerce offering.
  • Driving category-level performance across all our digital brands and geographical markets.
  • Reviewing and analysing our current Amazon strategy determining tangible actions to drive better performance.
  • Looking at the entire customer journey and identifying client opportunities.
  • Leading by example and sharing your knowledge and E-Commerce experience with the wider team.
  • Monitoring industry trends and ensuring that we are well-positioned to capitalise and take action.
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders internally, as well as working closely with existing and emerging brands to embed an E-Commerce mentality.

About You

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in or across paid media, retail, consulting, and or analytics with a recent specialism in E-Commerce, particularly in marketplaces and e-retail with a focus on Amazon.
  • A strong understanding of Amazon Advertising media platforms, Amazon Sponsored Ads, and Amazon DSP.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing operations to identify how Monks can deliver operational excellence and delight our clients.
  • Experience in other E-Commerce platforms like Criteo as well as AMZ is highly favorable.
  • Effective and engaging written communication and presentation skills.
  • Comprehensive digital expertise across brand and performance metrics.
  • Confidence to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Passion for digital and data, well versed on the latest industry trends and news.
  • Experience managing a team with multiple layers of management.
