Help Media Molecule improve the quality and performance of art for its next game.
Location: United Kingdom — Remote or hybrid; Guildford attendance preferred. UK-based remote or hybrid work; one day per week in Guildford is preferred. Contingent engagement through Yoh Services, expected to run until the end of July 2027.
What you will do
- Define and document practical art-production standards.
- Diagnose visual-quality and performance problems with artists and engineers.
- Coach artists on tools and workflows, and help establish platform benchmarks.
What the studio is looking for
- Senior technical-art experience with materials, lighting, grading or environment pipelines.
- Strong Blender or Substance knowledge and confidence analysing performance.
- Clear communication; C++ or Python tool development is advantageous.
