The Company
A small, entrepreneurial and fast growing events and media business for the global retail / ecommerce sector. They have only been going a few years but have already produced a number of extremely successful and high profile conferences, attracting C level professionals from across the international retail / ecommerce sectors both as attendees and speakers.
The Role of Senior Producer
As Senior Producer you will play an important role in the production of their large annual conference, taking ownership of the full production process from research through to speaker acquisition and management. You will also work across a small number of Think Tank events each year as well as some bespoke client events. You will be securing some of the biggest names in the global retail world as speakers to share their knowledge and advice with other C level industry professionals.
The company will continue to grow quickly and this is therefore a great opportunity for an experienced Producer to play a key role in the company\βs content strategy and (in time) build a team around them.
Requirements for this Senior Producer position
- Min. 3+ years conference production experience
- Experience of building conferences with multiple content streams and senior speakers
- Experience of managing the full production process for paid-for conferences
- Experience of securing and managing international C level speakers
- Passion for the retail sector/brands (desirable)
- Able to work from Central London 3 days a week
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to travel internationally
