The role of Senior / Business Development Manager

The purpose of your role will be to get your agency in front of the key decision makers (for media spend) at the largest spending brands, in order to explain to them the value of media barter. Barter isn't a new concept and current clients include the likes of VW, Universal, Uber, Mars, Sainsbury's, Samsung. However, despite the undeniable additional value it offers to companies and brands who spend big on advertising, many businesses are yet to take advantage of barter.

You will be new-business focused, although the senior leadership (and wider) team will accompany you to meetings in order to maximise the chances of securing a partnership.

  • Someone happy in a 100% new business focused role
  • Someone who sees the value in media barter
  • Articulate, credible and able to work independently
