We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our London team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling creative online advertising opportunities to course providers in the college and private training sectors.
The Company is an innovative digital media organisation producing the UK’s busiest course search websites and publications. We believe that education is really important and our aim is to make finding the perfect course simple, easy and pain-free.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be a proactive and driven individual who can identify specific client needs and sell unique and compelling advertising solutions across a complex portfolio of online products. You will have the ability to pitch your ideas effectively to clients and advertising agencies both face to face and on the phone and follow through to close.
Responsibilities will include:
- Selling creative online advertising opportunities to course providers in the college and private training sectors
- Identifying specific client needs and selling unique and compelling advertising solutions
- Pitching ideas effectively to clients and advertising agencies
- Following through to close and handling consultative sales with senior decision makers and more junior marketers alike
Requirements for this role include:
- Minimum 3 years digital sales experience
- A senior sales person who meets and exceeds demanding revenue targets
- Possesses a thorough knowledge of internet advertising sales and the strengths and weaknesses of the medium
- Must have the ability to assimilate technical information
- Confident and highly motivated
- Enthusiastic about the education sector
- Stable career history
