The Role of Performance Marketing Manager
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious, data-driven marketing professional to advance their career by managing candidate acquisition and lead generation for the company\’s leading medical recruitment brand. The role primarily involves optimising the use of paid and unpaid channels, with opportunities to develop skills as a product owner of their job board platform.
The company has excellent back-end data, which has not been fully leveraged due to legacy practices. Reporting to the Head of Product, Performance, and Reporting, you will need 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, including at least 3 years in performance marketing. You will manage a senior marketing executive; while line-management experience is advantageous, the role is also suitable for someone eager to step into management for the first time. Experience in recruitment marketing is preferred but not essential.
