Their mission is to help every young person, no matter their background, to explore career & HE pathways. Furthermore, they help corporations to plan for future employment, diversity and inclusion.They have a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture and are looking for a Partnerships Executive who they can train and develop into a Partnerships Manager.The Role of Partnerships ExecutiveAsPartnerships Executive you will be trained up to engage with employers of all types from across the public and private sector, who wish to influence nd educate the early careers sector (students + post-grads).You will be talking to them about a range of digital media solutions which can help them to engage with the early careers sector. Those solutions range from more immediate term recruitment advertising through to company specific virtual events and targeted virtual work experience programmes which allow companies to educate young persons on the various career paths which exist within their organisation (a critical aspect of planning for future recruitment). Those students who take part in the work experience are expected to actively engage with the programme and in return are rewarded with a certification.As this is a newly created role in a growing sales department, you will need to go out and find new clients to begin with, and each new client you win, you will then keep and account manage moving forward.
