The Client:

A small, highly respected membership association for the food sector, our client has over 12,000 members worldwide and a 90%+ annual member renewal rate. Aside from providing ongoing education, they essentially help companies who are purchasing raw ingredients to manage and audit the risk, quality, logistics and timings of those purchases, ensuring that the raw ingredients they have bought arrive on time, were transported safely (without contamination) and are of the agreed quality. If things don’t go to plan for one of their members, they will help with arbitration. Additionally, they run 8-10 educational events and dinners per year for members to learn and network.

As a not-for-profit association, they have a small friendly working environment and you would be joining them at a really exciting time, as they begin to take a much more proactive and creative approach to understanding and communicating with their membership.

The Role of Head of Marketing & Event Management:
