The Role of Account Manager
This company is looking for a person to be responsible for selling recruitment advertising. This will be achieved by selling on the phone and face to face to corporate clients and recruitment consultants. They will also manage an existing client database for both print and online whilst also generating new business. Pitches to their large portfolio of clients will also be required so a flexible, positive and engaging personality is a must. You must be target driven to exceed set sales targets and meet KPI’s. Every employee has a voice which is listened to and so active support and contribution to team discussions and meetings is encouraged.
Requirements for this Account Manager
- Applicants need to have media sales experience and a good understanding of new business development.
- Candidate should be a team player, self-starter with excellent communication skills and a determination to succeed.
- Be able to present a proven sales track record.
- An understanding of the recruitment market is beneficial.
