Agency Account Manager
Job Summary: An innovative and creative Agency Account Manager is required to join a leading publishing brand. The successful candidate will cultivate, grow, and manage the relationship between the Agency Sales department and designated agencies to maximize commercial revenues across all platforms.
The company is a multi-award winning and market-leading media company with a national and international portfolio of brands. They offer a generous benefits package, including a contributory pension scheme, annual bonus payments, and private healthcare.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, grow, and manage the relationship between the Agency Sales department and designated agencies.
- Implement an agency sales strategy that builds business between the company and top West End agencies.
- Represent the company in a professional manner to company contacts and clients.
- Write market-leading proposals, pitch, negotiate, and showcase planning acumen to senior planners across major agency networks.
Requirements:
- Relevant Media Sales experience or agency background with client-facing role.
- Experience working in a digital media environment across various digital platforms.
- Experience working with branded content/sponsorship with evidence of commercial success.
- Working knowledge of the media industry, with experience of account management responsibility.
- Experience successfully achieving targets against multiple platforms.
- Existing agency contacts list advantageous.
- A strong interest in and understanding of the company brand.
- Stable career history.
