Are you a Management Accountant or a Finance Manager in an SME looking to move to a more ambitious media agency with a room for growth? A striving PR Agency is looking to recruit a Finance Manager to look after the agency finances with the help of a Finance Assistant. You will be supported by a commercial finance team and the Group Financial Controller from the sister company. A very hands on role, desperately needs some fresh outlook and new processes so a lot of opportunities to make your mark. Production of management accounts – Month End close with full BS reconciliations and P&L, that includes prepayments, accruals, as well as accrued and deferred income Intercompany reconciliation and management, VAT and assist with any audit request from external accountants Payroll processing on monthly basis to be shared with payroll provider then action monthly payment The Finance Assistant will look after transactional finance that needs to be reviewed by the Finance Manager.
