The agency growth brought them to the point of hiring a permanent part-time Finance Manager supported by a Fractional Finance Director. - Experience in a creative, agency, or project-based environment is a plus
- Strong technical finance skills with a sharp eye for detail
- Commercial mindset — you understand how projects drive profitability
- Confident working with non-finance teams
- Comfortable operating independently in a growing business
- Experience with Xero (or similar); agency tools like Synergist or Paprika a bonus
This is a rare chance to join at the ground floor of an ambitious agency and help shape how it grows. You won’t just be reporting numbers — you’ll be influencing how the business runs, scales, and succeeds.
