Our client, an integrated healthcare and medical communications agency, is looking for an Account Manager for their medical communications agency. The agency is based in central London offices overlooking the river Thames (hybrid working set-up), and is known to be super friendly, sociable and focused on employee training and development.
The Account Manager will work within their exciting medical communications team on a range of healthcare projects and accounts, working with top pharmaceutical and healthcare clients on allocated accounts. You will provide clients with effective counsel, be responsible for challenging briefs, managing issues and ensuring quality service, as well as recommending innovative and strategic solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Setting and managing budgets on your accounts
- Advocating for the agency in new business, including getting involved with pitches
Requirements:
- Healthcare/medical communications agency experience up to at least senior account executive level
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in managing the finance of a project and tracking budgets
- Ability to adapt to new therapy areas, projects and accounts
- A passion for healthcare and making a difference through communications
