If you’ve gained some experience through internships in sales or marketing and are now ready to build a rewarding career in a collaborative, ambitious team — this could be the perfect next move.

Your role as a Customer Success Executive:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
  2. Coordinate high-value 1:1 meetings between sponsors and senior delegates to maximise engagement and ROI.
  3. Serve as the main point of contact for delegate enquiries, providing timely and effective support pre-event.
  4. Manage key administrative and logistical tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
  5. Work closely with sales and customer success managers to ensure seamless event delivery and client satisfaction.

About you:

  1. You must be degree-educated, with a strong academic background.
  2. Fluent in Arabic is a bonus but not essential.
  3. Someone who is personable, confident, and naturally enjoys building relationships.
  4. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  5. Thrives in fast-paced environments and works well under pressure.
