Job Description
A growing public affairs practice in one of the most successful independent healthcare communications agencies in London is looking for a Senior Account Director or Associate Director who can help accelerate their growth.
The agency competes with the top networks in pitches and in awards. Recent award wins include work helping end stigma around addiction, groundbreaking policy work in HIV and projects involving sustainability & ESG.
The Associate Director’s Role:
- Leading and executing integrated public affairs and communications projects in healthcare
- You will need to navigate complex policy and regulatory issues to develop effective campaigns
- You will also play an important role in business development, leading on winning proposals and identifying opportunities for further growth and increasing the profile of the agency
- Line managing a talented and passionate team, developing and upskilling them
You:
- Several years of relevant experience in public affairs, strategic communications, or related fields, with a proven track record in the healthcare/ pharmaceutical space
- A strong network of relationships across the UK politics and the public affairs industry
- An excellent understanding of the UK&I political/health policy environment
- Experience of establishing and managing strong client relationships
- Able to work at least 2 days per week in their central London offices
