Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Account Executive (sales) to join the dynamic world of Broadcast PR. The role involves proactive outreach to PR agencies to promote campaigns across television, radio, social media, and podcasts. Initially based in their Northwest Hertfordshire office, the position offers hybrid working after training.
Extensive training will be provided by the MD and Head of Sales. The ideal candidate will have drive, resilience, and a proactive attitude to develop relationships with PR agencies and sell the company\’s services. A degree and some sales experience are preferred but not essential; attitude is more important.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying PR brands and companies within specific industries and sectors
- Developing relevant angles and news stories for reactive campaigns
- Building relationships with key clients
- Attending client meetings to learn sales and campaign processes
- Updating activities on CRM
- Gaining a solid understanding of the sales process and services offered
