This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven salesperson who enjoys winning new business, building long-term relationships and working across some of the most well-established events in the marketing and technology space.

About the company

Our client is a global events business behind market-leading brands and events globally. This role would focus on one of their flagship events which attract thousands of advertisers, platforms, agencies and tech providers from across the US and internationally. The role would initially focus on a highly established event before expanding and also selling into a fast-growing brand.

Responsibilities

  • Driving new business across sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and rebooking
  • Building and growing a portfolio of high-value client relationships
  • Representing the brand at international events and competitor shows (primarily US-based)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sponsorship sales in events
  • Strong new business mindset with the ability to build and grow accounts
  • Confidence managing a full sales cycle and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
