We are a leading recruitment consultancy for the media industry, established over thirty years ago. We are looking for a researcher to join a busy recruitment team, with clients across events, publishing and business intelligence in Europe, Asia and North America. The position involves supporting the team leader in a wide variety of activities including market research, identifying and sourcing candidates and writing thought leadership and job adverts.

You will benefit from training with experts in their industry, using market‑leading sourcing technology, collaborating with a friendly and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accompany the team leader at client meetings (in person or on Teams) to receive briefings on new roles
• Write job advertisements and social media posts to attract candidates
• Review ad responses to shortlist candidates before conducting preliminary interviews via telephone or video call
• Brief candidates on roles
• Proactively search for further candidates through LinkedIn, our database and other research
• Research and write social media and thought leadership content
• Perform any other research and support tasks for the team leader
