We’re hiring for a prestigious creative design studio in Knightsbridge, London who are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager. This is a key role for a strategic and hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a creative, design-led environment and can deliver across both digital and offline channels. You’ll be instrumental in shaping and executing marketing activity that elevates the studio’s profile and drives brand visibility.
The Opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead the studio’s marketing initiatives end-to-end, managing campaigns, events, awards, partnerships and content to ensure consistency and excellence across all touch-points.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the annual marketing positioning & strategy, overseeing campaigns, content and external partners
- Managing high-profile events from concept through to delivery, ensuring creative alignment and flawless execution
- Coordinating press and industry communications, building media relationships and representing the studio externally
- Leading awards submissions and post-award promotion to raise industry profile
- Overseeing website and digital platforms, including content updates, SEO performance and analytics
- Managing photo-shoots and videography projects, from briefing to final deliverables
- Coordinating agency and partner activity, including performance management and commercial oversight
- Driving the creation and distribution of newsletters and other communications
- Maintaining consistency across company, pitch and event presentations
- Supporting social media strategy across LinkedIn and Pinterest, including content, thought leadership and paid activity
About You

You will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing management, ideally within the creative & design or luxury sectors that showcase visual spatial design
- Strong visual and brand sensibility
- Strong experience executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage events, digital content, shoots and agency partners
- Excellent written communication and editorial judgement
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
- Confidence leading with paid social, analytics and SEO
