The focus is very much on quality over quantity whilst providing an environment where their customers can focus on 'bottom of the funnel' conversations through 1-2-1 meetings.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing sponsorship sales team
- Managing your own sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels and working towards revenue targets
- Building strong client relationships through in-person meetings
- Working closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to maximise event performance
