My client, a fast-growing global media company, is looking for a proactive, highly organised and solutions-focused Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their London office. This is a full-time, 5 days a week office-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
You’ll play a pivotal role across all areas of office operations, including:
- Managing suppliers and day-to-day office operations
- Creating a clean, safe and productive working environment
- Overseeing office security processes and policies
- Planning and coordinating internal events
- Driving sustainable office initiatives
- Managing global travel arrangements accurately and efficiently
- Acting as the go-to in-house IT trouble-shooter
