I’m working with a market leading provider of software in the world of advertising. They are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support their growing client base of broadcasters and OTT operators across Europe and North America. You’ll work closely with the VP of Customer Success, helping clients get maximum value from their platform through onboarding, training, day-to-day support, and ongoing engagement.

This is a great role for someone who is analytical, client-focused, and confident running training sessions and building relationships.

  • Run onboarding sessions, training, and user workshops
  • Support client health tracking and success initiatives
