A long-established, family-owned business that partners with global luxury fragrance brands is seeking an Influencer Manager. With over three decades of market presence, this is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow global brands storytelling through creators and digital communities.
As Influencer Engagement Manager, you will be the key connector between a portfolio of prestigious brands and content creators. This is a hands-on, strategic role that will set between the PR and Marketing team and will be focused on building genuine relationships, driving measurable digital impact and developing integrated influencer strategies. You'll also lead initiatives across the company’s own-brand platforms and events, ensuring consistency, authenticity, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and onboard influencers aligned with individual brand identities.
- Create long-term partnerships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and manage influencer activations from ideation through to execution, including timelines, approvals, and content tracking.
- Manage budgets and negotiate fair rates for influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- Host influencer events and activations to strengthen brand and community presence.
- Work with global brand teams for content and activation approval processes.
- Oversee the brand’s social community management and lead cross-brand storytelling initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3-5 years in influencer marketing, talent/influencer relations, or digital brand strategy.
- Proven track record in managing creator campaigns in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or tech.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Deep understanding of influencer KPIs, creator platforms, and digital analytics.
- Experience using influencer platforms and tools (e.g. CreatorIQ, Traackr, Upfluence, etc.).
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
