This is an opportunity for an experienced sales leader who enjoys selling face-to-face, growing existing accounts, and helping develop a team of sponsorship sales professionals through coaching and leading from the front. You'll inherit a large book of business and will be expected to grow revenue organically with some new business activity.
About the company: Our client delivers a small portfolio of large-scale conferences globally. The event series has been running for over fifteen years and is extremely profitable. The focus is very much on quality over quantity whilst providing an environment where their customers can focus on 'bottom of the funnel' conversations through 1-2-1 meetings.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing sponsorship sales team
- Managing your own sales pipeline, maintaining high activity levels and working towards revenue targets
- Building strong client relationships through in-person meetings
- Working closely with content, marketing, and operations teams to maximise event performance
Requirements include:
- Solid leadership experience
