Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth market research to uncover industry challenges, trends, and opportunities. Design and deliver high-impact conferences that attract senior professionals and decision-makers. Build and maintain relationships with senior industry figures, keynote speakers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, sales and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A university degree, ideally with experience in hospitality, events, or active involvement in extracurricular societies (e.g. student events or social committees). A genuine interest in the B2B events space or some relevant industry experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in speaking to senior professionals.
