My client, a fast-growing global media company, is looking for a proactive, highly organised and solutions-focused Office Manager to become the heartbeat of their London office. This is a full-time, 5 days a week office-based role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

You’ll play a pivotal role across all areas of office operations, including:

  • Managing suppliers and day-to-day office operations
  • Creating a clean, safe and productive working environment
  • Overseeing office security processes and policies
  • Planning and coordinating internal events
  • Driving sustainable office initiatives
  • Managing global travel arrangements accurately and efficiently
  • Acting as the go-to in-house IT trouble-shooter
