Your role as a customer success executive:

  • Coordinate and schedule high-value 1:1 meetings between sponsors and senior delegates to maximise ROI and engagement.
  • Manage the end-to-end setup and performance of a digital networking platform, including content creation, launch coordination, and user support.
  • Manage key admin and logistics tasks with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Act as the main point of contact for delegate enquiries in the lead-up to each event, providing timely and helpful support.
