An independent communications agency specialising in life sciences, healthcare and deep-tech is looking for an Account Director to lead client relationships and deliver strategic PR and communications programmes. You’ll work with innovative organisations ranging from start-ups to global companies, helping turn complex science into clear, compelling stories across PR, digital and integrated campaigns.

The role includes:

  • Leading a portfolio of life sciences and healthcare clients
  • Delivering strategic PR and communications campaigns across B2B, corporate and investor audiences
  • Overseeing project delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Driving organic account growth and supporting new business pitches
  • Working closely with digital and design teams on integrated campaigns

About you:

  • Background in healthcare, life sciences or science communications is ESSENTIAL
